The Alley Cat is a high performance small wave short board suiting a wide variety of surfers. It is designed to be ridden 1 inch shorter than your standard shorty. A great board in soft beach break sand points, holding speed through softer sections and making it easy to connect and hit the mark in waves you might be reaching for an hybrid alternative. The outline begins with a widish nose that helps for paddling, momentum in weaker waves, nailing airs, and other high risk maneuvers. The tailout line compensates that, keeping width throughout until a slight hip to a round squash tail pod all blending in very well.
