Keith Teboul created the AR board in collaboration with Imaikalani deVault, Ian Gentil, and Kai Lenny. The board was designed to excel in below-average surfing conditions while maintaining speed, maneuverability, and the ability to perform aerial maneuvers and flow through flat sections.

The AR board is specifically crafted for day-to-day average conditions, prioritizing speed, progressive turns, and airs. It features a smooth paddling experience with a well-distributed foam flow and a slightly bumped tail outline. The tail rocker is low, enhancing speed, while the medium entry rocker prevents getting stuck at lower speeds during turns. The board's fuller rails ensure a smooth flow through turns and increased drive during bottom turns.

This model is available as a thruster with future boxes, providing optimal fin setup versatility. Positioned between the Crusher and the Plate Lunch models, the AR board offers a unique combination of features and performance.
